How booking works
Send a request
Pick your dates on a property page – the calendar shows real availability and the total price for your exact stay – and submit a booking request. No account or prepayment is required at this stage.
Hear back as soon as possible
Our representative will personally review and confirm your request, no later than within 24 hours. Once you receive the deposit payment voucher, you have 5 days to make the deposit payment.
Your booking is confirmed
Once we receive confirmation of your deposit payment, your reservation becomes final and confirmed. You can start preparing for your holiday!
- Please make sure to provide accurate contact details and a valid mobile phone number so that we can reach you via Viber or WhatsApp.
- One day before your arrival, our representative or the property owner will contact you personally to arrange the final details of your arrival and check-in.
- Please check the availability calendar carefully and select the first available date, or choose a stay with a minimum gap of 6 nights between bookings.
- Requests that do not follow the available dates or leave an insufficient gap may be declined.
