This site is run personally – one operator, a handful of properties across Chalkidiki, and no one between you and the person whose keys you'll be handed.
What this is
GreeceChalkidiki4u rents apartments and villas across the Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas of Chalkidiki, Greece. The properties are managed directly by the operator – every one personally visited, photographed as it actually is, and priced without the 15–20% commission the category platforms add on top.
The price you see for your dates is the price you pay. There are no service fees revealed at checkout, no "only one left!" pressure, and no call-centre. Messages arrive in the operator's own inbox.
How booking works
Send a request
Pick your dates on a property page – the calendar shows real availability and the total for your exact stay – and submit a booking request. No account, no prepayment.
Hear back within a day
The operator confirms personally, usually within 24 hours. You receive an email with a reference code the moment your request arrives, and another when it is confirmed.
Pay the owner directly
Payment is arranged between you and the owner – bank transfer or on arrival. No card details pass through this site.
The calendar tells the truth
Every property keeps a real calendar – actual reservations, actual gaps. If the dates you pick would strand a few unbookable days between two reservations, the site tells you before you submit, and suggests dates that work – instead of letting you send a request that would only be rejected days later.
Where we don't operate, we say so
No operator covers every village in Chalkidiki, and this one doesn't pretend to. For destinations outside the portfolio, the site points you honestly to neighbouring operators such as Spirit of Chalkidiki and the operator's franchise site Greece2Go. A handoff to someone who can host you beats a dead end.
